PERSONAL REBOUNDER
To get your breath going and your blood moving, there's nothing more fun than a rebounder! The kind I have is called the "Cellerciser" and it has a wonderful buoyant bounce that is gentle on the knees; it's built very sturdily and folds in half for storage/portability. It's a wonderful way to begin warming up for singing. My students (and I) love it!

HIMALAYAN CRYSTAL SALT
It's tremendously important for singing--and for overall health--to be sufficiently hydrated. Pure, unrefined salt (with trace minerals) and pure water are key. Without good salt, our tissues will not take in the water they need. And without sufficient hydration, the mucusal coating of the vocal folds will not have the thin consistency to vibrate freely.
I have found Himalayan Crystal Salt to be delicious and to work really well in support of my overall health and for maintaining a free and clear singing voice. I use it in cooking, added to salads, and to balance the sweetness in fruit and cacao shakes. This is one convenient online source I have found:
